Port Aransas Nature Preserve
General Information
Our mission is to preserve history, protect habitats, and promote harmony with nature. There are five locations within the Port Aransas Nature Preserve: Charlie's Pasture at Port St and Hwy 361, the Joan and Scott Holt Paradise Pond, the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, and the Wetland Park. These sites are open from dawn to dusk, 7 days a week. The Port Aransas Nature Preserve is a part of the City of Port Aransas Parks & Recreation Department.
