Description:
Try your hand at a traditional Japanese art form!
Learn the traditional Japanese art of Gyotaku, or fish printing, in this hands-on art program while learning about our local marine life. Bonus: take home your masterpiece! We use washable tempera paint and have a limited number of smocks available, but please wear clothes that can get messy. Meet at the Rec Hall.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the program.
Program is FREE with entrance fee ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass. Program will be cancelled if no participants are present within 10 minutes after the start time.
