Join us for a walk to learn about the birds that call the waters of Goose Island State Park home.

We will explore different habitats and discover a variety of birds together. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

When: 8:30-11:00 A.M.

Where: Check in at Headquarters, then proceed to the Rec. Hall.

Bring: Binoculars, water, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, camera, and weather-appropriate clothing. The park offers a limited number of binoculars available for loan, but it is best to bring your own.

Fees: There is no fee for attending this program, although park entrance is required. Entrance fees are $5 per person 13 and older. Children 12 and under are free. Up to 15 people in one vehicle are free with a current Texas State Parks Pass.
