Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age! We will be focusing on the basics of yoga and helping you and your child work on strength, balance, and breathing techniques to help keep your mind and body centered. This class promises fun for the whole family!

Please bring a yoga mat (or beach towel), water bottle, and comfortable clothing. This 5 week series is $40 for a child and adult, and $20 for each additional child ages 4-14. A $10 drop-in fee can be paid for those attending individual classes. This must be paid by check or exact cash *no credit cards* However, space is limited so we encourage registering online to secure your spot! The first session on September 24th is a special Snacro Yoga class! See you there!
